The island of Koh Chang is Thailand’s second biggest island, after Phuket. It is very mountainous, covered with dense tropical jungle and is located near Cambodia. Sand beaches can be found only on the southern coast, alternating with inaccessible rocky areas. Preserved from mass tourism, it is a very little developed destination perfect for nature lovers.

Ideal to relax away from the bustling beaches, Koh Chang still has small restaurants, some terrace bars or shops, and small or even medium hotels at your disposal. Visitors can participate in some of the excursions sold on the island. You can thus go discover some of the beautiful islets located off the main island’s coast.
