  The Blue Elephant Cooking School has fully equipped facilities offering you the chance to learn and memorize some secrets Thai gastronomy. Your day will start with the visit of a local market. Accompanied by your instructor, you will learn how to select and buy Thai ingredients for your personal cooking lesson.

  MORNING CLASS:

  08h45: Welcome with a fresh herbal drink and presentation of the menu of the day

  09h00: Visit the Bang Rak local market and identification of local products

  10h00: Back to school by Sky Train

  10h30: Arrival at School and beginning of theory class. Each one receives a recipes booklet

  11h30: Practice Room: Each student prepares a 4 dishes menu under supervision of the instructor.

  13h00: Enjoy a meal made out of your own creation

   

   

  AFTERNOON CLASS:

  13h15: Welcome with a fresh herbal drink and presentation of the menu of the day

  13h30: Theory Class: Presentation of the whole menu of the day. Each one receives a recipes booklet

  15h00: Practice Room: Each student prepares a 4 dishes menu under supervision of the instructor.

  16h30: Enjoy a meal made out of your own creation
