He admirably restored an old wooden house now sheltering some of the hotel public areas (Lobby, reception, upper floor massage rooms, lecture veranda, meeting room, etc). The restoration of this old patrician wooden house was rewarded by a prestigious national award given by H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
