Located on the nice Kai Bae Beach, on the tropical and still preserved Koh Chang Island, this beautiful little quality resort only has 19 cottages, nicely spread in a tropical garden shadowed by coconut trees. The style of the resort is original and all cottages built in dark red timber contrast with the intense green color of the vegetation all around in this cute small and welcoming realm

The nice beach of Kai Bae as well as the one of Khlong Praow, are not really frequented by a public of backpackers, who generally prefer to accommodate on more ‘animated’ beaches as Sai Kaew. Hence, the atmosphere here is more quiet and somehow villager. The very little community of Kai Bae counts only some resorts, boutiques, resorts, restaurants and local shops

The 19 cottages of Gajapuri are divided in 5 categories: Superior or deluxe cottages, sea view cottages, villas with private swimming pool or the suite, also featuring a private pool. All features: Air conditioning, a complete bathroom with cold and hot water, a working desk, a satellite television, a DVD player, a MP3 player, a fully stocked mini bar, a refrigerator, a safety box, a tea and coffee machine, a telephone, WIFI internet connection, etc.

The restaurant proposes local dishes or international cuisine and has a nice sea view. The resort also features a nice swimming pool, a cute little spa and has a superb speedboat used for private and exclusive day trips to offshore Islands (prices and conditions on request)
