‘Kan-tok’ meals are one of the main symbols of Thai Northern culture. Very typical evening indeed where different delicious foods are served in typical ‘Indigo & white’ ceramic plates, displayed on wooden trays.  Guests sit in rows on mats and lean on traditional Thai cushions. While eating, graceful and elegant Thai dancers perform traditional dances, illustrating the refined northern traditions. Ethnic communities also perform traditional dances.
