Discretely nestled in the ‘Chong Nonsi’ Neighborhood (not far away from Sathorn Road), BAIPAI is probably one of the best ‘Thai Cooking School’ in the whole Bangkok.

Beside a pleasant decoration and a friendly atmosphere, the school is as clean as well equipped. Lessons are given during half a day, in intelligible English. Professional staff really commits in sharing know-how. Teachers are not reluctant at all in answering guests’ questions, for they really wish to transmit skill and knowledge.

Each day, a different ‘4 sets menu’ is being teach. Each student will eat the fruit of his/her creation (whilst interchanging comments and remarks with other students and get given tips by instructors.


It is not uncommon that BAIPAI is frequented by Western chefs, following a ‘one week long teaching’. Since BAIPAI wants to keep the course efficient and intimate, acceptance is limited to 10/12 people. Therefore it is HIGHLY recommended to book in advance.
